Easiest Mac-and-Cheese Ever!

I came across this recipe on Pinterest last week, and it was so intriguing that I had to try it. In my world, macaroni and cheese is its own food group. I could eat it everyday (and let's face it, I probably do in some form or another). So, when I found a recipe with only 4 ingredients, that doesn't call for Velveeta or powdered cheese, I knew I had to try. It was really creamy and yummy!
Cook pasta in milk...

It absorbs pretty quickly!

Add cheddar cheese and stir!
The recipe calls for Dijon mustard also, but we didn't have any on hand. 
It still tasted really good and was super creamy... give this one a try!
